Applicants
- The Applicant must be a manufacturing Corporation which is incorporated in Australia or New Zealand
- The Applicant must produce or pack product in Australia or New Zealand.
- The Applicant must be a member of Australian New Zealand Health Care Association. (ANZHCA)
- The products that are to use the AACL must meet the terms and conditions of? the ACCC Made in Australia Guideline or the NZ.
Terms and Conditions:
- The AACL products made or packed in Australia or New Zealand that comply with the terms and condition¡¯s of the relevant Country¡¯s Guidelines on ¡®Made In¡¡± or ¡°Packed in¡¡¯ Labelling.
- The AACL can be used only on products that have been approved by the ANZHCA.
- The AACL cannot be transferred or released to another company without approval of the ANZHC A.
- Any use that breaches these terms and conditions such as unauthorized transfer of the AACL to another company or application to unapproved products will result in cancellation of the AACL Licence and possible action under Section 52 of the Trade Practices Act (False and Misleading Conduct) in Australia or the Commerce Commission in
How to Apply
Step 1. Read the entire requirements and ensure that you satisfy the terms and conditions
Step 2. Complete all the application forms and submit to ANZHCA with payment .
Step 3. File manager will contact you with confirmation and issue License.
Step 4. Apply to the ANZCHA for the required number of Labels at per 10000 ?labels with payment
